Our award-winning Learning & Development Team dedicate over 25,000 training hours a year developing our people, ranging from courses that run for a day, through to 1, 6 and 12-month development programmes.
We also have a network of coaches and consultants who help to maximise the potential of our people.
The Lyreco Academy is the home of learning at Lyreco and is broken up into five different areas. Each area has a specific focus and helps our people to determine what type of training they require, dependant on their role and responsibilities. There is the Lyreco Academy, Learning Academy, Leadership Academy and more recently the Digital Academy and Executive Academy. Within each area, there are suites of training courses that appeal to all learning styles, time frames and geographical locations.
There is a mixture of core and bespoke content to ensure that all employees have what they need to grow, develop and progress.
